i went for a walk today
around and around and around
the
black soft high school asphalt track
peace of the heart
loving oneself
loving the beloved one as oneself
memories of the dream long ago lived
within the present moment
eternity
a moment with the beloved
worth life times with family
who are
deaf and dumb
lightness of being
floating away
blue skies on blue skies
