Day Thirty Seven

the skies were blue very blue today

the two hour ride to and from filled the journey 

of seeing mom again

her christmas wish was to take her home

a wish that will only come true when she passes from this world

the journey home 

was filled with conversations with my twelve year old son 

about

The Beloved

challenges of the heart... challenges of understanding... challenges of seeing clearly

transformations

of 

blue skies within and blue skies without 

integrating 

the oneness

i remember decades ago giving everyone in my family a copy of 

jimmy cliff singing

"i can see clearly now" 

my son and i are both wishing to see clearly now

and 

for everyone to be 

happy

Day Eighteen

Double Peace

into the depths of the subconscious i dive 

to make peace with all the programs and meta programs running my life

negative and positive

equally taking charge

clear blue skies over head clear blue skies within 

empty and clear 

of

 subconscious illusions

a deep deep breath reaching to the depths of the heart 

here the beloved making love to the beloved

beautiful pure perfect love 

paradise utopia 

consciously exhaling consciously 

observing the observer

exhaling 

integrating 

the primitive urges and desires with the highest aspects of being oneself

pure consciousness

connecting everything with all that is 

now

the breath of the beloved breathing intently 

beautiful pure perfect love

through the heart of reality 

into the heart of oneself
